HONG KONG luncheon noodles
- 2 slices yumeat™ Plant-Based Luncheon
- 1 pack instant noodles with soup/broth
- 1 egg, sunny side up
- 1 baby bok choy, washed
- Pan fry the luncheon meat until it's cooked and the edges are crispy. Set aside.
- Blanch the baby bok choy. Set aside.
- Cook the instant noodles according to the packet’s instructions. Once cooked, serve in a bowl. Top it with the luncheon meat, the egg, sunny side up and bok choy.
