PREPARATION

  1. Pan fry the luncheon meat until it's cooked and the edges are crispy. Set aside.
  2. Blanch the baby bok choy. Set aside.
  3. Cook the instant noodles according to the packet’s instructions. Once cooked, serve in a bowl. Top it with the luncheon meat, the egg, sunny side up and bok choy.
