Korean Vegetarian Bowl With yumeat™ Plant-Based Minced Meat
- 2 yumeat™ Plant-Based Minced Meat With Bean Paste 100g
- 2 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- ¼ cup regular soy sauce
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- ½ tsp ground ginger
- ¼ tsp red pepper flakes
- Sea salt and pepper
- Cooked rice
- Sliced cucumber
- Add sesame oil to pan and sauté garlic.
- Add yumeat™ Plant-Based Minced Meat With Bean Paste and sauté over medium-high heat.
- Mix in the brown sugar, soy sauce, ginger, red pepper flakes, sea salt and pepper.
- Serve over a bet of rice and top with sesame seeds, and a side of kimchi/sliced cucumber.
