  • Sliced cucumber

 

PREPARATION

  1. Add sesame oil to pan and sauté garlic.
  2. Add yumeat™ Plant-Based Minced Meat With Bean Paste and sauté over medium-high heat.
  3. Mix in the brown sugar, soy sauce, ginger, red pepper flakes, sea salt and pepper.
  4. Serve over a bet of rice and top with sesame seeds, and a side of kimchi/sliced cucumber.
