Chee Cheong Fun with Plant-Based Minced Meat
Ingredients (Fillings)
- Chee chong fun rolls (ready made)
- 3 stalks of green onions, finely chopped
- ½ cup of olive oil
- yumeat™ Minced Meat
Ingredients (Sauce)
- 2 tbsp of soy sauce
- 2 tbsp of sugar to taste
- 2 tbsp of sesame oil
- 2 tbsp of water
PREPARATION
- Cook the green onions, soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil and water for 5 mins.
- Add in the yumeat™ minced meat and cook for another 10 mins then set aside to cool.
- Cut chee chong fun into bite-sized pieces.
- Add the "Char Siu" mix. Then place in steamer for 5 mins.
- Garnish with fresh green onion and serve while hot.
