Chee Cheong Fun with Plant-Based Minced Meat








Ingredients (Fillings)

  • Chee chong fun rolls (ready made)
  • 3 stalks of green onions, finely chopped
  • ½ cup of olive oil
  • yumeat™ Minced Meat


Ingredients (Sauce)

  • 2 tbsp of soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp of sugar to taste
  • 2 tbsp of sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp of water



  1. Cook the green onions, soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil and water for 5 mins.
  2. Add in the yumeat™ minced meat and cook for another 10 mins then set aside to cool.
  3. Cut chee chong fun into bite-sized pieces.
  4. Add the "Char Siu" mix. Then place in steamer for 5 mins.
  5. Garnish with fresh green onion and serve while hot.
