Steamed Tofu with Minced Meat

Ingredients

 

The sauce:

  • 6g light soya sauce
  • 4g dark soya sauce
  • 1g black pepper
  • 10g water

 

PREPARATION

  1. Place tofu on a plate and drizzle sesame oil over the tofu. Steam for 15 minutes.
  2. On a pan, stir-fry the plant based minced meat, garlic and ginger until fragrant and slightly brown. Remove from pan after frying.
  3. On an empty pan, mix water, light soya sauce, dark soya sauce and black pepper. Heat sauce till hot.
  4. Place the minced meat on the steamed tofu and pour the sauce over it.
  5. Garnish with spring onions and serve.
