STEAMED TOFU WITH MINCED MEAT
- 100g yumeat™ Plant-Based minced meat
- 300g soft tofu
- 6g spring onion, chopped
- 10g garlic, chopped
- 2g ginger, minced
- 4g sesame oil
- 6g light soya sauce
- 4g dark soya sauce
- 1g black pepper
- 10g water
- Place tofu on a plate and drizzle sesame oil over the tofu. Steam for 15 minutes.
- On a pan, stir-fry the plant based minced meat, garlic and ginger until fragrant and slightly brown. Remove from pan after frying.
- On an empty pan, mix water, light soya sauce, dark soya sauce and black pepper. Heat sauce till hot.
- Place the minced meat on the steamed tofu and pour the sauce over it.
- Garnish with spring onions and serve.
