- 1 can yumeat™ Plant-Based Minced Meat With Bean Paste
- 1 yumeat™ can of water
- 2 tubes tofu, sliced
- Sesame oil
- 3 cloves garlic, chopped
- 2 chilli padi, chopped
- 1 red chilli, sliced
- ½ ginger, minced
- 1 small carrot, sliced
- Spring onion
- Salt to season
- Oil a cooking pan and fry the tofu on both sides until golden brown.
- Set aside.
- Add sesame oil into a cooking pan.
- Add and cook garlic, chilli padi, chillies, ginger and carrots.
- Pour in the yumeat™ Plant-Based Minced Meat With Bean Paste and one can's worth of water.
- Add in the tofu and mix carefully.
- Let simmer.
- Serve with rice, garnished with spring onion and sliced chilli.
