PREPARATION

  1. Heat up the plant-based meat with bean paste in a saucepan or microwave.
  2. Blanch the vermicelli until cooked and place it in a serving bowl.
  3. Blanch the bok choy and carrots. Once they're cooked, place them on top of the noodles.
  4. Add the cooked plant-based meat with bean paste. Garnish with spring onions.
