Minced meat with Rice Noodles
- 1/4 can of yumeat™ Plant-Based minced meat with bean paste
- 100g dried thick vermicelli or pan mee
- 2 baby bok choys, washed
- 50g carrot, julienne
- 1 tablespoon of spring onions, chopped
- Heat up the plant-based meat with bean paste in a saucepan or microwave.
- Blanch the vermicelli until cooked and place it in a serving bowl.
- Blanch the bok choy and carrots. Once they're cooked, place them on top of the noodles.
- Add the cooked plant-based meat with bean paste. Garnish with spring onions.
