Minced Meat Porridge
- 1/4 can yumeat™ Plant-Based Minced Meat With Bean Paste
- 1 cup jasmine rice
- 1 tablespoon spring onions, chopped
- To make the porridge, briefly wash 1 cup of rice and add 8 cups of water to a pot. Bring it to a boil and stir it regularly to prevent the rice from sticking to the bottom of the pot.
- In the meantime, heat up the plant-based meat with bean paste in a saucepan or microwave.
- Once you are happy with the consistency of the porridge, add the plant-based meat on top.
- Garnish with spring onions.
