PREPARATION

  1. To make the porridge, briefly wash 1 cup of rice and add 8 cups of water to a pot. Bring it to a boil and stir it regularly to prevent the rice from sticking to the bottom of the pot.
  2. In the meantime, heat up the plant-based meat with bean paste in a saucepan or microwave.
  3. Once you are happy with the consistency of the porridge, add the plant-based meat on top.
  4. Garnish with spring onions.
