Easy Peasy Pie
Ingredients
- 1 can yumeat™ Plant-Based Minced Meat With Bean Paste
- 1 can yumeat™ Plant-Based Spicy Luncheon Meat, diced small
- 20 pie crust (ready-made)
- 100ml water
- 4 medium sized potatoes, peeled, cooked, and lightly mashed
- ¼ cup of parsley, chopped
- ½ cup diced carrots
- ½ cup button mushrooms, sliced thin
- ½ cup grated cheddar cheese
- Olive oil
- Salt
PREPARATION
- Preheat oven to 180°C.
- Mix the yumeat™ Plant-Based Spicy Luncheon Meat and yumeat™ Plant-Based Minced Meat With Bean Paste together with the water, carrots and mushrooms, and cook for 10 minutes.
- Set aside.
- Boil then lightly mash the potatoes with the parsley and cheddar cheese, salt to taste.
- Set aside.
- Scoop meat mix into pie crusts, top with potato mix, and dress with a slice of mushrrom.
- Bake for 10 mins at 180°C and serve.
