Popiah
Ingredients
- 1 can yumeat™ Plant-Based Minced Meat With Bean Paste
- 1 can yumeat™ Plant-Based Spicy Luncheon Meat
- 3 garlic cloves
- ½ cabbage, thinly grated
- 2 carrots, thinly grated
- 1 large onion, diced
- 1kg segkuang (Jicama), thinly grated
- 1 cup onion crisps
- Fresh popiah wrappers
PREPARATION
- Fry the onions with the yumeat™ Plant-Based Spicy Luncheon Meat and garlic cloves.
- Set aside to cool.
- On a popiah sheet, spread the yumeat™ Plant-Based Minced Meat With Bean Paste.
- Add some Luncheon mix (step 2).
- Place some cabbage, carrots, onion crisps and segkuang.
- Carefully roll the popiah and spread some yumeat™ Plant-Based Minced Meat With Bean Paste and top with some onion crisps.
