Korean Kimchi & Plant-based Yumeat™ Luncheon Meat With Shredded Seaweed
- 150g yumeat™ Plant-Based Luncheon Meat
- 1 pre-baked pizza dough (12 inches)
- 100g marinated kimchi
- 50g ssamjang paste
- 100g mozzarella shredded cheese
- 50g grated parmesan cheese
- 10g shredded seaweed
- Preheat oven at 200°C.
- Cut the yumeat™ Luncheon Meat into cube and deep-fry till the crispy brown.
- Spread the ssamajang paste onto the pizza dough evenly.
- Sprinkle yumeat™ Luncheon Meat cubes onto the ssamjang paste.
- Add in the shredded marinated kimchi.
- Cover the pizza with mozzarella cheese and parmesan cheese.
- Bake it in the oven for 8 mins.
- Garnish the pizza with shredded seaweed. Bon Appetit!
