PLANt-BASED LUNCHEON FRIES
- 1 can Yumeat™ Plant-Based Luncheon, sliced into fries
- Oil for frying
- Celery sticks for serving (optional)
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- ½ teaspoon paprika powder
- Mix mayonnaise, sriracha sauce, ketchup and paprika powder until well combined. Set aside.
- Working in batches, cook ‘fries’ in preheated oil until browned and crispy on the outside, and still moist on the inside, 5-8 minutes. Remove to a paper towel lined plate. Transfer ‘fries’ to a plate and serve with dipping sauce and celery sticks.
