PREPARATION

  1. Pan fry the plant-based luncheon meat until brown and the edges are crispy. Set aside.
  2. Blanch the baby bok choy. Set aside.
  3. Fry a sunny side up egg. Set aside.
  4. Cook the instant noodles as per the instructions on the packet.
  5. Upon serving the noodle, place the plant-based luncheon meat, egg and bok choy on top on the noodle.
