HONG KONG STYLE LUNCHEON MEAT NOODLE
- 2 slices yumeat™ Plant-Based Luncheon
- 1 pack instant noodles with soup/broth
- 1 egg, sunny side up
- 1 baby bok choy, washed
- Pan fry the plant-based luncheon meat until brown and the edges are crispy. Set aside.
- Blanch the baby bok choy. Set aside.
- Fry a sunny side up egg. Set aside.
- Cook the instant noodles as per the instructions on the packet.
- Upon serving the noodle, place the plant-based luncheon meat, egg and bok choy on top on the noodle.
