Plant-Based Luncheon Hot Pot
Ingredients
- 1 can yumeat™ Plant-Based Luncheon, sliced & fried
(we recommend the yumeat™ Spicy Luncheon for additional taste and flavour) - vegetable stock
- 5 baby bok choy, thoroughly washed
- 1 corn on the cob, cut into smaller portions
- 1 head shimeji mushrooms
- ½ head Chinese cabbage
- 1 carrot, sliced
- All the other vegetables and tofu you want
PREPARATION
- Put all the ingredients in a pot of vegetable stock.
- Cover and boil until cooked.
- Enjoy.
